Diamond Tech Support provides software-only troubleshooting and remote support. We do not perform hardware repairs or physical part replacements.
User Responsibilities

- Maintain a stable internet connection during remote sessions
- Ensure you have permission to authorize remote access
Payment & Billing
All services are billed at flat-rate pricing unless otherwise stated. Managed plans renew monthly.
Liability
We are not responsible for hardware failures, data loss, or issues caused by pre-existing malware or system corruption.
